Ms. Fraser is a licensed school social worker, a psychotherapist for over twenty-five years, a special educator, a certified speaker, a certified life coach, and a health and wellness coach. Ms. Fraser served on the Domestic Violence Advisory Board and the Beginning Teachers Leadership Network. Ms. Fraser is certified by the Women's Commission Speaker Bureau and at UNC Love Speaks Out, and she served at many events. Ms. Fraser is a sought-ä er speaker and has made several appearances on television, radio stations, women's groups, churches, and businesses, and has spoken on several topics that bring insights to many people.
