Autor

Ladislav BárdoS is Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at Uppsala University. He received his PhD from the Institute of Plasma Physics at the Czech Academy of Sciences in 1978 and DrSc from the Charles University Prague in 1995. He was awarded the Plasma Physics Innovation Prize 2019 by the European Physical Society. Hana Baránková is Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Uppsala University. She received her PhD from the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics at the Czech Academy of Sciences in 1981. She was awarded the Plasma Physics Innovation Prize 2019 by the European Physical Society. She is Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Society of Vacuum Coaters in the US.
