This is a tool which you can use to decide if a caller from a personal ad is worth meeting, whether an attractive someone you meet at a dance is worth dating, whether someone you've seen a few times is worth getting serious with, etc. You'll start with something very basic and keep honing it to suit you. As we create this tool, it is important to be clear on the kind of relationship you are creating it for. Your requirements for a marital partner may be quite different from your requirements for a lover you intend to see once a month or for a summer romance which you are expecting to end after you leave Club Med. We Humans fall in love and form bonds quickly, subconsciously modeling past relationships, so it is necessary to remember what you want for yourself.
