The process became therapeutic while I was still dealing with my own insecurities. A wide variety of topics are shared about my experiences with skin issues, body image, comparison, security in relationships, friendships, and trying to control everything when all I could truly do was surrender all those things to God. I am certainly not perfect, and I am not a pastor or seminary student, but I felt the Holy Spirit leading me to author this book. I pray that these verses and journal writings are not only a reminder to me, but to the reader as well.
