Each day he struggles with Borderline Personality Disorder and a voice in his head telling him most people are vastly different, most people know who they are, that most people know where they came from. Then Bastian meets Kat who shatters the picture of his future world, and slowly starts putting the puzzle pieces back together again, in ways he never thought possible. But is it enough to show him the future he never thought he'd see is brighter than he thought possible?
