Abdel -Qader Al -Maghrabi was born in Lattakia in 1867, and he is from an ancient scientific family in religion and virtue. His father, Sheikh Mustafa bin Ahmed bin Abdul Qadir bin Abdul Rahman Al -Maghrabi, assumed the Judicial Prosecution in Lattakia and Tripoli Al -Sham. His life is on worship and studying the books of science, especially Sahih Imam Al -Bukhari, where he was passionate about his recitation and studying his peers in the problems of his issues, and Abu Abdul Qadir Sheikh Mustafa was whenever he found an opportunity to work with study and authorship.
