Kossler is a senior enterprise associate atCCL's Greensboro campus. He served as theproject manager for CCL's research on geographicallydispersed teams. Mike holds an M.A. in communications from theUniversity of Akron and an M.M. in organizational development fromAquinas College.Sonya Prestridge is a former senior program associate atCCL's Greensboro campus. She was a member of CCL'sresearch team investigating geographically dispersed teams. Sonyaholds an M.A. from Peabody College and a Ph.D. in adult educationfrom the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
