Let me introduce myself, I'm Samantha Michaels, and I'm a 34 year old professional who after months of struggling at meal times decided that it was time to create some easy, healthy recipes for kids so that mealtimes can become a pleasant time of day again. Because children are growing, their taste buds are continuously developing until they hit their early teens.
