How much we grow depends on the love, compassion, kindness and gratitude we apply in our daily lives. These qualities lift our spiritual vibration.
However, relationships are tough. The way forward may feel unclear or make no sense.

As a retired spiritualist minister, I offer these responses only at my level of understanding. I do not suggest that they are fact or absolute truth.
