Autorenporträt
Kathi Hyde has lived and worked in various countries around the world, achieving an impressive list of firsts. She was lecturing at an internationally recognised university at 21 and making board-level business decisions by 26. At 28 she backpacked solo through Africa and Europe. At 31, she tripled the annual turnover of a Danish multinational operating in East Africa, which gave her a first taste of business possibility in difficult circumstances. By 35, she'd achieved notable success in the region, addressing obstacles to private sector development as a business owner and on the Chamber of Mines.

Since then, she has had award-winning success on local and international platforms with SME business owners large and small, accompanied by her trademark down-to-earth, practical style; her determination to help others overcome; her substantial knowledge of what makes people tick, and her inimitable sense of humour.

Through her expertise, practical wisdom and impact she has helped her clients overcome setbacks in life and go on to achieve outstanding bottom-line growth, even in impossible times; create more space to enjoy their success and families, and ultimately find the financial freedom to pursue what matters.

Based between Edinburgh (Scotland), Croston (England) and Cape Town (South Africa), Kathi and her husband Neil live with a collie named Joe and an elderly lab Cherry, while tortoiseshell puss-cat Suki stays in Cape Town watching over her beloved daughter, Bryony.
