Karen Jacobson Burwell has been writing poetry since about age nine and has been published locally and in a national anthology. She liv es with her devoted husband, Curtiss, and their five adoring cats, who have inspired many poems. While other writers talk about the "muse", much of Karen's poetry is inspired by her Christian faith. In addition to writing and reading, she enjoys swimming, kayaking, and bicycling with her husband.
