The sixth century BC, at the hands of "Nebuchadnezzar," who destroyed the Temple of Solomon and the city of Jerusalem, and expelled the city's inhabitants from it, achieving what was called (the second captivity), where he took them to Babylon as captives, after slaughtering their leader and killing his sons. Thus, the era of Jewish sovereignty over Jerusalem and Palestine ended after only 300 years.
