These are individuals or organizations that have an interest or will be affected by the project. Therefore, it is important to include them in the planning phase to ensure that their opinions and ideas are considered. One of the reasons why stakeholders are important is due to the potential impacts that can arise due to the construction project. This report was an attempt to conduct an impact analysis after establishing a new university in a large city. The key stakeholders were identified as well as the potential impacts. For easier analysis, the impacts were divided into; 1) health impacts, 2) environmental impacts, and 3) social impacts. This allowed for the identifying of the effects of establishing a new university in a large city. After identifying the impacts, recommendations were proposed, which were important in strategizing on how to maximize on positive impacts and minimizing negative effects of the project.
