Sir Cary L. Cooper, CBE (Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) is the 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at the ALLIANCE Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK, and Chair of the National Forum for Health and Wellbeing at Work. Julian Barling is Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, a Distinguished University Professor, and the Borden Chair in Leadership at Smith School of Business, Queen's University, Canada. He is the author of Brave New Workplace and The Science of Leadership.
