In the various roles that she has held, she has gained an uncanny ability to simplify overwhelming situations by breaking them down to the most basic form and then addressing each part one at a time.

She adeptly communicates complex concepts in such a way that they can be easily understood by her readers. She attended university in Ancaster, Ontario, where she continues to serve her community with her family.
