This permitted her to have written a book of poems, called Lessons from Life in which she established herself as a published author. Now the author wants to publish her third book, I Changed When the Darkness Left Me and the Light Entered My Life. As a result of making these changes, she improved her mental and emotional health which helped her to move forward while discovering who she was meant to be.
