Misinterpretation of the law, Federalist Society members ignoring the law, Biasness against pro-se litigants, refusing to polled the court for an En Banc review, Due process, violation of constititutional law, inapropriately using Judicial Estoppel and conspirarcy in the clerk's office all played a role his controversial case.
