Sixty years later Thomas Holland and his elite combat team have returned to Peleliu to search out the legendary dream lost in 1944. They quickly discover the dream is really a hideous nigthmare and Holland's team must fight not only for their own lives, but for the life of humanity as well.
For twenty long hours World War II is reborn and the fate of the human race awaits its outcome.
