This book highlights the properties of lignocellulosic-based panels bonded with green binders. The material(s) to produce these panels can be wood or non-wood based and bonded with any kind of green-based binders namely lignin-, starch-, plant protein-, tannin/bark-, and oil vegetable. The classification of panels is not limited to veneer-based, laminated-based, composite-based (i.e. fibreboard, particleboard), and others such as wood or non-wood fibre-polymer composites. Processing and manufacturing of green binder composites made from lignocellulosic materials is discussed in this book. In a...

Processing and manufacturing of green binder composites made from lignocellulosic materials is discussed in this book. In addition, the mechanical and physical properties of green binder composites are also discussed. The book is useful for researchers, professionals and policy makers.
