I built this book starting from understanding each component to understanding the whole. Each part must be read individually, but in the end, the total must be made up; the whole picture must be looked at to be able (or at least to try to get closer) to the real cause of the imbalances and to be able to take safe, responsible, and well-informed steps in the direction we want, towards the well-being of the whole organism from all perspectives.
Some cells in our body are replaced in a day, some in a month, and some in a year, but in seven years, most of the cells in the body have been replaced. This process will make us have a new body in seven years. How we will look and feel then is determined by what we put on our plate every day, what we inhale consciously or not, what we ingest, our anger, hatred and envy, love and gratitude, of our daily habits.
We can't buy health in a bottle or cleanse our body in a few days after mocking it for years. But aromatherapy is playful, cheerful, and encouraging. Unlike allopathic medicine, where we must first suffer to deserve our recovery, joy is part of the aromatic treatment.
After reading this book and not believing me, its author, listen to your body and believe it.
