But when Duff's assistant is found dead and Matt learns that the progressively liberal Duff has engaged in a pulpit war with a far-right mega church preacher, a motive for silencing Duff takes shape.
Matt joins in the hunt for the missing pastor, only to discover two preachers locked in a deadly battle, their families on the brink of destruction, and a national political power grab in the making.
