Eugene Terry Tatum is today's foremost expert on the apparent links between black holes and cosmology. This field of interest stems from the original work of Penrose and Hawking in the 1960s and continues today with the Flat Space Cosmology model summarized herein. Dr. Tatum has numerous peer-reviewed physics journal publications and was the editor of IntechOpen's 2020 book entitled 'New Ideas Concerning Black Holes and the Universe.'
