The management of construction contracts requires not only a thorough understanding of contractual provisions but also the ability to apply them effectively in real-world situations. The FIDIC Red Book (1999) is one of the most widely recognized and used standard forms of contract in the construction industry worldwide. It governs the relationship between the Employer, the Contractor, and the Engineer, defining their rights, responsibilities, and obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
