In the regions, we pledge to them not to violate them." Al-Mansour asked Imam Malik to unite the people on his book, but he did not answer him, and that was due to his complete knowledge and fairness. He said: "The people have gathered and learned about things that we have not seen" from the Hadith Sciences by Al-Hafiz Ibn Katheer.
