Yet, in the face of personal chaos, we stand stoic in the face of those around us, pretending our chaos is nothing more than the figment of their imagination, boasting as to how everything is "fine...just fine". But, as chaos digs in, we begin to live a lifestyle of panic, sadness, shame or blame, wondering where we'll find the resources to keep on going. How you respond to such a personal crisis, often determines who you are, where your are at in your personal life growth, and who you will become. Order and chaos fight a ongoing battle with each other -- a constant state of anarchy, lawlessness, or emotional tug-of-war. The emotional and psychological highs and lows of both order and chaos are familiar to us all. Learning to navigate our chaos rather than shutting it down can provide rich rewards.
