A young London based archaeologist, Erik Meys, discovers an ancient temple in Norway and finds the Bracelets of Fury, one of six artifacts created by the Creator for a being that is mentally far stronger than any human. Because of this, the artifact behaves differently in Erik's hands. It feeds on rage and whispers disturbing thoughts into his mind, pushing him toward cruelty.
When demons learn that the artifact has awakened, the hunt begins. The ruthless archdemon Balgrim will do anything to claim the bracelets for his lord. Erik must protect the people he loves, but every attempt to use the artifact's power comes at a cost. The more power he draws from the bracelets, the closer he comes to losing himself and falling into darkness.
