Sally's best friend, Mary Ann, made it worse. She said, "You're not old enough to be her dad. You're closer to our age than her mom's."
'Thanks Mary Ann' Sally thought. 'Let's state the appallingly obvious.'
Gloria (Sally's mom) chuckled and said, "Well, he's old enough for me." She wrapped her arms around Troy and gave him a peck on the cheek.
Sally grabbed Mary Ann's arm to drag her away from the pair. Sally was mortified as she pulled Mary Ann into her bedroom. She just wanted to go hide. She'd never seen her mother act that way. Her mom talked about men she liked or who looked good, but she'd never done anything in front of Sally before. Sally didn't know how to act. Her mom wasn't doing anything wrong but it didn't feel right. Sally didn't understand why it felt wrong but it was simple. When Sally saw her mother with Troy, she was jealous. She wanted to be the one on Troy's arm instead of her mother.
When the girls ran away, Gloria kissed Troy again and ran her hands over his chiseled physique. "Mmmm, Daddy. You feel so good to me."
"Don't call me Daddy," he hissed.
"Why, Daddy? Will you spank me if I'm a bad girl?" Gloria leaned in and kissed his neck. Her kisses left a wet trail down his neck and over his chest.
