Descriptive Method was used because it is used to obtain information concerning the current status of the problem to describe "what exists" with respect to variables or conditions in a situation. The methods involved range from the survey which describes the status quo, the correlation study which investigates the relationship between variables, to developmental studies which seek to determine changes over time. It will attempt to describe the distance learning support provided by the schools, problems encountered in distance learning education, and support needed in distance learning education.

The author holds the degree of Bachelor in Public Administration major in Fiscal Management at Mindanao State University. She completed the academic requirements leading to Master in Public Administration at Cebu Technological University. From the same university, she earned the Certificate in Professional Education that qualified her to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers which she was successfully took and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers. Since she is passionate in teaching, she seeks a job that best fits on her education and passion. She considers that education gives us an experience of the world around us, changes it into something better and develops our point of view of looking at life. Presently, she enjoys teaching at Mandaue City Central School.
