With the help of a skilled researcher, Joshua Leblanc, MA, PhD Candidate, the second part of the book offers evidence to substantiate the concepts and tools. The Character Culture Framework was introduced in Building a Character Culture. This book builds on that Framework. Thirdly, The Tools. The third part of the book summarizes the tools mentioned in the story.
