Hey there! My name is Rowan Rubus, and I'm a bit of a bio-enthusiast with a degree from the Faculty of Natural Sciences (I was so charmed by our natural world that I earned my Master's in Biology and Ecology, MSc.). As if that weren't enough, I added a Ph.D. in biology. And because the human body is just a little bit more fascinating than any frog (sorry, froggy!), I took the online courses at Duke University (North Carolina, USA) for an encore in physiology and genetics. To learn more about what we put into our bodies, I also took courses at Stanford School of Medicine to study nutrition.

For a good 20 years, I "tortured" students in the Department of Biology and Ecology with "How the Human Body Works". If you think anatomy and physiology is boring, try teaching it for two decades! I also have 8 university and college textbooks under my belt and a bunch of scientific articles, mostly focused on ecology.

But my real passion? That's searching for the secrets of human health and the magic of nutritional supplements. I'm constantly trying to figure out how our amazing machine works and how it relates to the crazy world around us.
