Adolf K.Y. Ng is Professor of Transportation and Supply Chain Management at the Asper School of Business of the University of Manitoba, Canada. Austin Becker is Assistant Professor of Coastal Planning, Policy, and Design at the University of Rhode Island (URI), USA. Stephen Cahoon is the Director of the Sense-T NICTA Logistics Lab at the University of Tasmania, Australia. Shu-ling Chen is a Senior Lecturer at the Australian Maritime College of the University of Tasmania, Australia.
