Wanting to put Johnny out her misery was not only morally wrong but she really didn't want to grow old in prison. That didn't stop her from practically drooling over the idea of shooting him. The things and people that pop up to slow down her investigation are annoying and more than a little alarming but somehow, someway Chloe pulls off the unexpected--without going to prison.
