MICHELE NEVAREZ helps people connect with what they intrinsically have influence over within themselves; namely, their own awareness and capacity for conscious sense-making as a means of bringing about positive change in themselves and the world we live in. As CEO of Beyond EI, helping companies and people embody their inner wisdom, Michele brings a 25-year-long career working in business as an executive and leadership coach to bear on her work with clients. A founding member of Rangjung Yeshe Institute in Kathmandu, Nepal, Michele has practiced Tibetan Buddhism for the past 29 years. She presently serves on the boards of two dharma retreat centers, Gomde UK and Tara Mandala, and two non-profit organizations, Shedrub Development Fund and Dharma House International.
