The next trip, 130 km, starts out from Sainte Menehould and goes on to Varennes, Montfaucon, Grandpre, Vienne-le-Chateau, La Gruerie Wood, Le Four de Paris,La Hayte Chevanchee and La Chalade. There are excellent accounts of the fighting in the areas covered by the tours. These three volumes together add up to a good, well illustrated record of the Americans in France.
