The company has created conducive working environment for both internal and external stakeholders. This environment has led to its continued growth. Some of the adaptive behaviours demonstrated include; ethical conduct, symbiotic relationship, shared values, purposeful collaboration, inclusion, and commitment/ loyalty among others. Leadership of organizations are encouraged to create conducive work environment at the organizations so as attract the needed adaptive behaviour for continued growth.
