Jolie says LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED and that you can create a WIN/WIN honoring yourself first and then in turn honoring the World around you. She teaches others to be their own hero and to know they are THE ONE they have been waiting for. She believes strength and confidence is where it is at, and self-care is our superpower. Jolie is passionate about balance, strength and flexibility in Mind-Body-Spirit and community and fun all through movement, as movement is medicine.

Owner/Operator of the world-famous South Beach Boxing since 1998 propelled her to fitness icon status as she has worked with many celebrity clients.

Glassman has her NLP Master Practitioner License and a Bachelor's in Education and her Master's in Behavior Modification. She was awarded the first Woman in Business of the Year by the city of Miami Beach as well as PFP Trainer of the Year in 2020. She also has a 501(c)3 kids' charity called Jolie's Kids, where she works with at-risk youth.
