The process of youth participation in policy decision-making process and performances was basically seen from different aspects In the context of social and cultural dimensions, commitment of government sector offices, NGOs, CBOs and youth themselves and the controlling and monitoring system of government in policy performance of youth activities was problematic. The activities thus have not addressed the issue of effective youth participation in decision-making processes.
