Jinmen-Zoshi (Book of Faces) appeared briefly on the previous book Yokai Wonderland. Since it was the first time this book was introduced many it went viral within the Yokai fan community and demanded us to reveal more content. This was one of the reason we published this book.

Autor

Koichi Yumoto (b.1950) is a collector and researcher of yokai art and former curatorial director of the Kawasaki City Museum. The YUMOTO Koichi Collection is the largest personal collection of yokai art in Japan, including about 4,000 works which range from the Edo period to the present day. These include painting, woodbock prints, scrolls, ceramics, kimonos, wooden sculptures, magazines, children's toys, board games, and more. The collection will be housed in the new Yokai Museum (tentative name) in Miyoshi city, Hiroshima Prefecture, which is planned to open in 2019.
