And if I may add this: valleys are not always travelled by `divine order', but are often paths we wander into of our own volition. For our Father is not responsible for every low position we find ourselves in; as 'Backslider' (an account of King David's life), poignantly describes. But make no mistake, in every scenario it is surely He, the Great Shepherd; who lovingly leads us out! Having resided in several other states, the author currently makes her home in Kansas. However, she is originally from Robertson, Missouri (a small rural area outside St. Louis). She is retired from federal civilian service. Her favorite hobbies are writing, volunteering, sewing, and `antiquing'.
