If any descendants of my deceased cousins with whom I have lost touch should recognise their ancestors and know different facts from the ones I know, or have gleaned from other members of my family, I hope they will appreciate the difficulties experienced when family members are not contactable for verification and approval. All character names are fictitious, with the exception of officials where known. WW1 and WORKHOUSE HILL is Volume 1 of My Family Memoirs. I intend to write Volume 2, a sequel, within the next two years, as long as my health permits.
