Results: The present study results had revealed that the majority of the studied sample reported that gynecological examination was stressful event. Conclusion: the present study concluded that the most of women corresponding with negatively verbal and nonverbal emotional response as well as the majority were an embarrassment. First gynecological examination was stressful event, and it was immoral to expose intimate part. Recommendation: design guideline, and poster concerning the importance and technique of female gynecological examination.
