The process of transmitting data to the vehicle is very difficult and complex, and there are many factors to consider. We show the limitation of transmission capacity of existing IEEE 802.11p, introduce grouping algorithm of our algorithm by combining new ideas, and show through experiment that performance is improved through grouping algorithm.
