Before a wind farm can be planned and built, the wind regime at asite must be characterized precisely. This work provides a valuable techno/economical guideline for the investors in construction of wind farm in the most promising studied locations .The expected outcome will encourage and support decision makers for successful migration toward wind energy. This study includes a mathematical and statistical modeling of wind speed, the planning stages, layout design and economic evaluation of wind energy project. It includes a case study of most promising site and technical and economical evaluation of nine selected wind turbines to investigate the most productivity of wind energy. The sensitivity analysis was adopted.
