Have you ever gone through a struggle in life and wondered how or if you will ever get through it? Have you ever asked yourself a million questions about how you will get out of this trial that is causing you pain? I have. I went through a trial, wondering how and when it will end and why it happened to me. Doubts crept in my mind: how will I get better? When will this pain end? I developed rashes all over my body and was in constant discomfort. I struggled with this for two years. After that I started to get better and to see the light at the end of the tunnel. More than that, I started to have hope and gained a lot in the process. I learned much about health, but most importantly, I learned that God would bring me through any challenge and make me stronger if I have faith in Him and follow His plans for me.

Autor

Erin Désarmé is a teacher, an artist, a pianist, and a writer. This is her first published book, but she has loved to write since she was a kid. She has a master's degree in Education and four teaching certifications (elementary, literacy, and TESOL). She has a love for nature, exercise, health, painting, photography, and dogs. Being outdoors is where she feels most at peace. It was through the struggle with the unknown, severe, and embarrassing skin condition that she shares in this book, that her love for the topic of health blossomed. Her curiosity about a plant-based diet grew. Her passion for the Adventist health message grew. Her love and faith in God grew, and it was through her trust in Him that Erin was healed both from physical and emotional pain.
