As the managing principal of Lalani Consulting Group Inc., Minaz brings deep expertise in actuarial science, enterprise risk, and strategic planning. Before founding his firm, he served as a principal for 29 years at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and held key actuarial and investment roles with Canada Life and BUPA in London, England. His extensive board experience, spanning both public and private sectors, includes insurance, healthcare, and capital markets, demonstrating his broad knowledge and understanding of different industries. Minaz's love of golf began in midlife and quickly turned into a personal journey of growth, patience, and resilience.
