She goes into detail about behaviors, relationships, programs, the prison system and how she maneuvered her way through the system. She speaks of the staff and administrators who assisted her. Ms. Williams talks about her prayer and meditation as her saving grace. She shared her routine, practice, and mindset while incarcerated. She was determined to come out of the valley a better human being and enlightened.
