Rev. Dr. Busby is a physician and theologian with a lifelong interest in spiritual healing. He believes that God provides universal life force energy with the power to heal us and that we can channel this divine energy to help God heal us. He wrote this informative book to promote a broader awareness of our ability to help God heal us with ways that Jesus Christ used for spiritual healing. First, he provides a history of spiritual healing from pre-biblical times to now. Then, he describes Jesus' ways of engaging with God in spiritual healing and how they can be applied in a spiritual healing session. Finally, he presents information on the conduct of a spiritual healing session, including preparation, framework, and Biblical resources.

Autor

The Rev. Dr. Busby received his M.D. (cum laude) and M.Sc. (in biophysics) from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, and then became a board-certified specialist in Aerospace Medicine in the United States. Under a NASA contract at the Lovelace Foundation, he conducted a long-term investigative study that led to his writing a pioneering book on Aerospace Medicine - "Space Clinical Medicine: A Prospective Look at Medical Problems from Hazards of Space Operations." Later, he fulfilled his second career choice, Christian ministry, receiving his M.Div. from the Chicago Theological Seminary, and his D.Min. and Ph.D. from the Graduate Theological Foundation. He has served in several churches as their transitional minister. Moreover, his life-long interest in spiritual healing has led to his writing and lecturing extensively about spiritual healing and leading sessions for spiritual healing in many Christian venues. He lives with his wife, an energy medicine practitioner, in Valparaiso, Indiana, USA.
