The book contains 8 chapters, chapter 1 presents an introduction to wax deposition. Chapter 2 reviews the main fluid flow assurance issues associated with multiphase transport in oil fields. Chapter 3 describes in details of wax deposition process in hydrocarbon production. Chapter 4 presents wax mitigation methods. Chapter 5 reviews the followed experimental methodology. Chapter 6 discusses the results of using the effect of the chemical inhibitors on crude oil rheology. Chapter 7 discusses the results of the experiments and investigate the effect of the chemical inhibitor and spiral flow on wax deposit. Chapter 8 presents the conclusions of the research and recommendations for future work.
