This is the mindset of the Virgo Chieftain and his tribe as they endure the harsh conditions of an ice age. The new planet appears very promising to their survival by having an indigenous population, however primitive. By befriending them, and learning their secrets of survival they will prosper and even share this knowledge with the other tribes. The Chiefs biggest concerns was procreation since there had been no childbirths in the seven years it took to arrive at this destination.
