The study was conducted to find the seroprevalence of Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR) in cattle population of different districts of West Bengal, to perform the end-point antibody titration of representative IBR positive serum samples and to make attempts for cultural isolation and identification of bovine herpes virus-1 (BHV-1).
